Who is behind Freddie's Groom Room?
Hi, I’m Casey, the proud owner of Freddie’s Groom Room, and the dog with me in the picture is Freddie - the pooch (and boss) behind the name ‘Freddie’s Groom Room’.
About Me
I’m a wife to my biggest supporter; Stu, and mother to my little boy, Harrison and we’ve lived in Greenmount since 2014.
After working 11 years in the financial industry, I’m very lucky that I’ve had the opportunity for a career change, in doing something I absolutely love - which is spending one on one time with dogs and taking care of their everyday grooming needs.
I am Level 2 Qualified and currently working towards my City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming at Canine Groom School, Rimmington and due to qualify in March 2024.
I take a very relaxed and professional approach to grooming and will always assess each dog individually so that I am able to provide a tailored service to the dogs own needs as well as provide the best care I can for your loved one.
About Freddie
Freddie is a working cocker spaniel, born in 2017 and was 1 of 6. He absolutely loves jumping through long grass on the moors when going up Holcombe Hill, running in and out of trees (hoping he’ll come across a squirrel who wants to play) on the Tottington lines, and swimming in the River Irwell at Burrs Country Park.
Freddie loves sunbathing during the summer months and, no matter what the season, will be found curled up on the sofa every night, enjoying all the cuddles from his humans.

Freddie’s Groom Room is a professional, purpose built grooming salon that offers a small, secure environment where I can spend one on one time with each dog that walks comes the door.
Being able to offer a one on one dog grooming service helps towards the groom being stress free, leaving both pooch and owners happy.
We’re proud to use the highest quality products in the salon. Faith in Nature shampoo and conditioner are natural and cruelty free. Not only that, they’re also sustainable and plant trees for every order we make. We offer our customers the chance to purchase the same products that we use in the groom room to take home for those in between-groom home washes.
